FRIDAY NIGHT
The party starts at 5 pm at the hotel with our welcome cocktail hour to mix & mingle with other attendees (aka your soon-to-be besties), then we will go right into a LIVE interactive empowerHER Podcast episode recording where YOU will get to ask your questions & have so much fun connecting with other attendees + Kac!
If you arrive earlier than 5PM, remember our Facebook group is a great place to connect with other attendees prior to the event!
SATURDAY
We will start our day with a super high vibe workout (totally optional of course) then we’ve got an action packed day of inspiring speakers, interactive panels, connection opportunities and REAL talk conversations about what it takes to not only bring all of your big ideas to life but build a life YOU are obsessed with.

SUNDAY
We’ll start with a fun activity to get you in a high vibe mood ready to rock for our final action packed half day of speakers, panels & connection opportunities. We will cover everything from relationships to life to work, and give you the tools, and PEOPLE you need to support you in your big vision!
The day will end at 2PM but trust us you won’t want to leave early!

Hey, I’m Kacia! You probably know me as the host of the EmpowerHER podcast…..but really? I’m a woman, a lot like you. Someone who KNOWS she’s meant to do big things in the world and really show up unapologetically to make her one shot on this planet really COUNT.
But, we’re only human and sometimes it’s hard… Like ugly-cry-on-bathroom-floor hard.
You know what makes it easier? COMMUNITY.
So let’s pull back the curtain together. Let’s have a weekend of HONEST conversations, CONNECTION, and FUN! Take my hand and come with me. empowerHER Live is for our podcast community; meaning LISTENERS of empowerHER. For women that want to level up in their career, relationships, business, health… and really just get more connected to ambitious women! This event is NOT designed specifically for podcasters or business owners but instead for ALL women who love personal growth & connection!

We will have small bites at both the Welcome Party (for all attendees) as well as for our VIP party on Saturday and provide built in breaks and lunch/dinner recommendations for you to have an opportunity to connect with new friends you’ll make here!

Tickets for empowerHER Live are NOT refundable or transferrable.

Both tickets will give you access to the Live Podcast, welcome night reception, all speakers on Saturday & Sunday, as well as a swag bag.

Our intention with this event is to create a high vibe, engaged community of women together, & while we love your children we don’t want to distract or take away from yours, or others experiences.
That said, if your child is young enough to be strapped to you, or is over 12 years old, you are more than welcome to bring them along. We will have a dedicated section specifically for Moms where you can have easy access to and from your seat in case you need to make a quick exit. We just ask that if your baby does start to cry, that you please step outside until they have calmed down.
***If you purchase(d) a VIP ticket, unfortunately you will be forgoing front row seating as we are requiring all women with children to sit in the dedicated Moms section, however you ARE welcome to bring them to VIP night. This is also going to be a great chance to connect with other women in your same stage of life! YAY! :)

We will have a live group workout on Saturday AM for anyone that wants to attend. For that you will want to bring active wear but for the rest of the event feel free to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! A packing list will be posted in our empowerHER Live event Facebook group prior to the event!

While we do not anticipate having to cancel this event for any reason, IF for any reason the event cannot be held in September, we would reschedule the event for a later date and all ticket holders would be able to apply their ticket to the rescheduled date.
